A website is an investment - it should make you money. By taking care to understand our client's business; identify customers, unique selling points and target products and services, we ensure the website is streamlined and an effective tool in getting new customers, encouraging repeat business and keeping existing clients impressed and loyal. We won't write a single line of code or begin a concept until all parties are clear on the objectives of the website, and expectations of results.
Communication
We are passionate about speaking in plain English, so we won't say things like 'digital partners creating a user-centred solutions for mission critical calls-to-action including points of reassurance and customer journey profiling' when we could say 'We make websites that are easy to use and make our clients money'. That doesn't mean we don't carry out customer profiling, user-inteface analysis, search phrase indicator equations, USP targeting and much more - it's just that we take more pride in making sure our clients fully understand what's going on, every step of the way, rather than making ourselves look clever.

Honesty
Honesty and ethics are very important to us. It should go without saying really, but we believe that being truthful and doing what's right (rather than what's easy or will make the most instant profit) will reap the greatest rewards in the end. We're not driven purely by profits, we have a balance of priorities. That includes taking pride in our work, keeping our customers happy (we much prefer talking to people who are gushing than complaining) and generally having that warm fuzzy feeling that comes with doing things well.
